Solicitors

Immigration law affects many people during the course of the life time.  One of the main reasons, it affects people entering the UK is due to the strict rules and regulations, which must be adhered by many before leave to enter or remain is granted.

There are a number of reasons why people wish to come into the UK, for example: to study, on holiday, visit friends/family, marry and seek asylum, to name but a few.

Without the immigration laws in force, the flood gates for illegal immigrants would open and it is unlikely the economy would be able to cope. Especially, considering its already fragile state.

If you wish to come into the UK for any reason, it is likely you would be subject to immigration control and this is also the case for British citizens visiting other countries – there is no discrimination here.

If you want to some into the UK or leave the UK, then it is worth while speaking to an immigration solicitor, who will be able to advice you on which application (if any) you would need to make to ensure your travels go as smoothly as possible.
